George Hershman serves as Chief Executive Officer of SOLV Energy. Since founding the company in 2008, he has led its growth into a top ranked EPC and O&M provider delivering more than 20 GW of solar and storage capacity and managing O&M for over 18 GW nationwide. With more than 30 years of construction and energy experience, Hershman also serves on the Boards of SEIA and the American Clean Power Association.

Chad Plotkin is the Chief Financial Officer of SOLV Energy, leading financial strategy, capital markets activity and investment planning. He brings more than 27 years of experience across public and private energy infrastructure organizations. Prior to joining SOLV Energy, Plotkin served as Managing Director at Blackstone Infrastructure Partners and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clearway Energy, Inc.

Kevin Deters serves as Chief Operating Officer of SOLV Energy, overseeing operational performance across EPC and O&M. With more than 25 years of power sector experience and prior leadership as President of MYR Energy Services, Deters strengthens the company’s safety, quality and risk management practices. SOLV Energy has constructed more than 500 power plants and manages O&M services for more than 18 GWdc of operating assets.

Erik Johnson serves as Chief Strategy Officer of SOLV Energy, leading enterprise strategy development and cross functional alignment to support long term growth. With a background in engineering and operations, Johnson brings a deep understanding of the solar market, EPC and service lines, and project performance. He evaluates strategic opportunities, identifies risks and mobilizes teams across the organization to advance companywide priorities.

Helena Kimball serves as Chief Revenue Officer of SOLV Energy, leading commercial strategy, customer engagement and the company’s business development organization. Since joining SOLV Energy in 2024, she has strengthened commercial focus and advanced an integrated EPC and O&M service approach. Kimball previously served as President and CEO of Ojjo and held senior leadership roles at Avantus, Yingli Americas and Recurrent Energy, bringing more than two decades of renewable energy and technology experience.

Adam Forman serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of SOLV Energy, overseeing governance, compliance and legal strategy to support the company’s growth. He brings more than 25 years of legal leadership in the energy sector, including executive roles as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at EnLink Midstream and senior positions at Kinder Morgan. Forman strengthens SOLV Energy’s ability to scale responsibly and expand into new markets.

Brandi Pearson serves as Chief People Officer of SOLV Energy, overseeing all aspects of People Operations. She leads human capital strategy across talent acquisition, talent development, DEI, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and organizational and performance management. Pearson’s leadership supports a strong, engaged workforce and ensures SOLV Energy has the people, systems and culture needed for long term growth.

Dave Grubb Jr. serves as Chief Commercial Officer of SOLV Energy, overseeing commercial strategy, contract negotiation and safety and quality standards. With more than 35 years at SOLV Energy and its affiliates, Grubb ensures new business opportunities align with organizational goals. His background spans project management, estimating, preconstruction and corporate leadership across diverse project types, including 15 years in renewable energy infrastructure.

Eric Valleton serves as Chief Technology Officer of SOLV Energy, leading enterprise IT, cybersecurity, digital solutions, data infrastructure, business intelligence and core business applications. With deep experience in PV solar product development and monitoring and control systems across residential, C&I and utility scale markets, Valleton contributes to industry standards through working groups on smart inverter controls, communications protocols and cybersecurity.
